Return Policy
At Freya Pearls, we want you to be happy and satisified with your purchase. All items purchased online or in store are covered by our returns policy.
Change of mind returns
We have a 30-day return period, if you change your mind on a purchase, you can return your item within 30 days after receiving it to receive your choice of a full refund, exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for a change of mind return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused
- Your item must be in its original packaging
- You must present your receipt or proof of purchase
- Your item is not one of the following:
- Special order or personalised items
- Earrings of any kind (cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons)
To start a return or exchange, please contact us or visit your local store. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was accepted or not.

Faulty returns and warranty
All our products come with a complementary 1 year warranty from the date of purchase. During this period, we will repair or replace all items that are we deem are damaged (or contain defects) due to manufacturing faults. This warranty expressly excludes damage from normal everyday wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage, abuse and misuse.
If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us or visit your local store.
Refund processing
All refunds are processed using your original payment method. For online purchases made with credit/debit cards, refunds will be processed automatically to the payment card. For card purchases made in store, you'll need to present either the original payment card, or a card linked to the same bank account as the original purchase in order for the refund to be successfully processed.
